Lead brokers are costing you money.
Here is what you are actually paying for when you buy roofing leads in Colorado.
Shared with 4 other roofers
Most lead platforms sell the same lead to multiple contractors. You call fast, pitch hard and hope the customer picks you. It is a race to the bottom on price.
You pay whether you win or not
You pay $40 to $150 per lead up front. If the customer ghosts you, books a friend or goes with a cheaper bid, you eat the cost. No refunds.
Unverified tire-kickers
Lead brokers generate traffic. They do not verify intent. Many leads are people just browsing or comparing prices with no real plan to hire.
How dispatch works
Three steps. No bidding. No chasing.

Customer books a roofing job.
A homeowner in your area submits a job with independent local contact details. No deposit required. The job is real. The intent is confirmed.
