No. Contractor Palace is a repair and maintenance dispatch service only. We connect you to vetted local contractors for repairs, turnovers and make-readies. We do not manage tenants, collect rent or act as a property manager. That is licensed activity we do not perform.
What areas do you serve?
We currently cover Ohio including Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, Dayton and surrounding markets. Submit your request and we will confirm coverage for your specific address.
How fast can you dispatch?
